Ahsan Javed

Ahsan Javed has a strong background in software development and management. Ahsan is currently working at Silent Partner Software as a Software Developer, where they lead a team of 30+ developers and QA. Ahsan is skilled in managing project timelines, resource planning, and hiring, while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Ahsan has experience in release planning meetings, sprints, testing, and release management processes.

Prior to their current role, Ahsan worked at Berkeley SkyDeck as an Alumni from October 2020 to April 2021. Before that, they served as the VP of Technology at Lendingkart, where they created and managed a new business unit for instant mobile loans and spearheaded a marketplace product for banks. Ahsan also sourced, interviewed, hired, and managed a team of 100+ developers, QA, and DevOps.

Ahsan has also held the position of VP of Technology at foodpanda where they implemented a complete overhaul of the flagship product and managed multiple teams of engineers. Ahsan has expertise in designing and developing backend services using Java, Spring boot, Oracle, and Hibernate.

Earlier in their career, Ahsan worked at WebShrub Solutions Private Limited as a Director, where they independently executed a business model for a telecom-focused data analytics web platform. Ahsan also created and managed a team of 40+ engineers and developed a MongoDB-based external Restful API.

Additionally, Ahsan has worked at Tribal Fusion as a Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer, and at Newgen as a Software Engineer.

Ahsan Javed earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute in Kanpur, India from 2001 to 2005.
