Terri Diaz is an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse with a diverse background in patient care spanning over a decade. Currently employed at ft Madison Community Hospital, Mobile Nursing Care, and HOPE HAVEN AREA DEVELOPMENT CENTER, Terri has developed expertise in surgical assistance, in-office procedures, and in-home patient care. Past positions include roles at Recover Health, Inc., Greater Des Moines Dermatology, Advanced Home Healthcare, and Burlington Internal Medicine, among others. Terri completed PN Nursing training and earned additional certifications in nursing assistance and medical assisting from Southeastern Community College. Education includes a diploma from Burlington Community High School.
