Becky Jeanes has a diverse range of work experience. Becky started their career as a Human Resources Representative/Coordinator/Recruiter at UniSea, Inc., where they successfully sourced and delivered qualified candidates for various positions. Becky also planned and led national recruiting events and coordinated the hiring of production employees for Alaskan facilities. During their time at Volt Technical Resources, Becky served as an Employee Relations Representative, acting as a liaison between the company and Microsoft managers to manage all human resources aspects for up to 150 temporary employees. At Saltwater Arts, Becky owned and operated their own small business as an artist, handcrafting and selling artwork through various channels. Currently, they work as a Human Resources Specialist at Hopelink, where they coordinate recruiting processes, employee recognition programs, and career development initiatives.
Becky Jeanes attended Western Washington University from 1990 to 1995, where they pursued a double major in Psychology and Fine Arts. Becky earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Fine Arts. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Psychology and Fine Arts during the same period.
Hopelink
Since 1971, Hopelink has served homeless and low-income families, children, seniors and people with disabilities in King and Snohomish counties; providing stability and helping people gain the skills and knowledge they need to exit poverty for good.Hopelink provides a network of critical social services through a number of different programs –including housing, transportation, family development, financial assistance, employment programs, adult education, financial literacy training and five food banks. The agency’s service centers, housing and transportation programs help more than 60,000 people every year.
