Renee Agrawal has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Renee started their career as a Regional Recruitment Manager at Lithia Corporation in 2001, where they managed hiring for 20 locations and recruited various positions. In 2007, they joined BluWater Consulting as an Account Executive and Technical Recruiter, providing consultants to clients like Microsoft and T-Mobile. Renee then worked at Valente Solutions as a Business Development Manager and International Technical Recruiter from 2009 to 2014, acquiring new clients and handling contract negotiations.

In 2014, Renee worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter (onsite Consultant) at Amazon, where they focused on recruiting software developers and engineers. Renee then joined Excite Talent in 2015 as a Human Resources Business Generalist, helping companies hire and retain talent. Currently, they are working at Hopelink as a Human Resources Recruiter, responsible for full-cycle recruitment and strategic HR support.
