Megan Auffrey Zambiasi

Megan Auffrey Zambiasi is an accomplished leader in the field of mental health and organizational management, currently serving as Chief Program Officer at Hope Network since May 2025. Prior to this, Zambiasi was the Chief Executive Officer at Vista Maria from March 2023 to April 2025 and held various senior leadership roles at Hope Network, including Senior Executive Vice President of Operations and Strategy from September 2020 to March 2023. Zambiasi's extensive experience in mental health services includes a 19-year tenure at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services, where roles included Senior Director of Clinical Services and Director of the Psychiatric Urgent Care Center. Earlier in the career, Zambiasi worked as a therapist at Hackley Hospital’s Behavioral Health division. Zambiasi's academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Integrated Management from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University.
