Casey Trimbur is a dedicated social services professional with experience as a Family Empowerment Services Case Manager at HopePHL since November 2023. Previous roles include serving as an Ophthalmic Technician at South Jersey Eye Physicians, where responsibilities included providing primary ophthalmic care and conducting various tests, and as a Human Resources Assistant at both Aspire Educational Services and Aspire Child & Family Services, supporting operational functions and client services in behavioral health. Prior social work experience includes managing cases of child abuse or neglect at Bucks County Children and Youth Social Services Agency and working as a Foster Care Social Worker. Casey Trimbur holds a Master of Social Work degree from Temple University, expected in September 2026, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Albright College.
HopePHL
HopePHL (pronounced Hopeful) is a newly formed social service organization for families, youth, and young children, experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Philadelphia. HopePHL was formed from two separate, but well known, social service organizations, People’s Emergency Center (PEC), and Youth Service, Inc (YSI), with 150 years of combined service experience.
