Timothy J. Klarich, CPA, MBA has a wealth of experience in finance and leadership roles. Timothy J. started as the Chief Financial Officer at ABEC, Inc. in 1995, then moved on to become the Finance Director at Tredyffrin Township in 2010. Timothy J. later founded their consulting firm, Klarich Karlson Consulting LLC, where they served as a Partner until 2015. Currently, they are the Vice President of Finance at People's Emergency Center, where they have been in this role since 2015.

Timothy J. Klarich earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University in 1975. Timothy J. furthered their education by obtaining an MBA in Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business in 1985.

HopePHL was formed from two separate, but well known, social service organizations, People’s Emergency Center (PEC), and Youth Service, Inc (YSI), with 150 years of combined service experience.
