Governance Team

The Governance Team at HOPES Community Action Partnership Inc. is responsible for overseeing the organization's strategic direction and ensuring adherence to best practices in nonprofit governance. This team, comprised of board members and leadership, develops policies, manages risk, and supports the executive team, all while advocating for the mission of empowering communities through social and educational programs.
