Melanie Foley

Melanie Foley is the Executive Vice President, Chief Talent & Enterprise Services Officer for Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she leads the company’s talent, procurement, brand and communications, real estate, and workplace services functions. She has extensive experience leading organizational transformations and driving talent and enterprise strategies that enable business success and enhance employee experience. Melanie joined the board in 2021 and is a member of the Board of Trustees at Boston Medical Center and Bentley University. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Boston College and an MBA from Bentley University.
