Muskaan Maharia

Muskaan Maharia has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of data analysis, program evaluation, and education support. Muskaan currently holds the position of Director of Data and Program Impact at HopeWell Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at Maestral International, focusing on evidence for impact. Muskaan also served as a Graduate Research Intern at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University, where they conducted qualitative analysis for an academic intervention study. Muskaan has experience as a Program Evaluation Consultant at Colegios CREE, where they developed evaluation plans for a non-profit organization in Chile. Muskaan has also worked as a Program Evaluation and Learning Consultant at Make A Difference, conducting impact evaluations and designing monitoring and evaluation frameworks. In addition to their work in evaluation, Muskaan has held various roles at Make A Difference, including Program Operations Director, Program Manager, and Operations Strategist, overseeing educational support programs and experiential learning workshops for children in need. Muskaan has also been a Project Lead at Global Shapers Community, leading initiatives related to gender-based violence.

Muskaan Maharia completed their Master's degree in Ed.M. Human Development and Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a BA.LLB degree in Law from the Army Institute of Law (AIL), Mohali. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including International Certified Career Coach, Essentials of Program Strategy and Evaluation from Stanford Online, GSE2x: Leaders of Learning from HarvardX, Education In India - Ideas | Policies | Alternatives from the Centre for Civil Society, and Training on Rights of Children from Rajiv Gandhi University and National Human Rights Commission.
