Richard (Rich) Voccio has a strong background in financial management and has held several senior leadership positions in nonprofit organizations. Richard (Rich) is currently the Chief Financial Officer at HopeWell Inc, where they support the largest nonprofit provider of foster care in Massachusetts. In this role, Rich takes lead responsibility for accounting and finance, budgeting and reporting, forecasting and financial analysis, investment management, contracts administration, and new business analysis.
Prior to their current role, Rich served as the Vice President of Finance/CFO at The Baker Center for Children and Families, where they provided leadership and coordination of the organization's financial operations. Richard (Rich) also worked as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley for four years.
Before joining the United Way, Rich held the position of Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer at United Way of Rhode Island, where they worked for over a decade. Richard (Rich) began their career as the Chief Financial Officer at James L. Maher Center, a role they held for nine years.
Throughout their career, Rich has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic development, and oversight of financial operations in nonprofit organizations.
Richard (Rich) Voccio completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management & Finance from Providence College from 1980 to 1984. Richard (Rich) later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the same institution, which they finished in 1990-1991.
