The team manages warehousing and order fulfillment, oversees transportation logistics, coordinates freight, and maintains optimal inventory levels. They also handle value-added services such as kitting and co-packing, and integrate advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to enhance operational efficiency.
