Susan Shin

Susan Shin is a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate professional with extensive experience as a Realtor®-Sales Associate and a Referral Associate for Real Estate at NRS Referral Services, LLC since January 2023. Prior to this role, Susan served as an Administrative Assistant for the Hopewell Valley Regional School District and held real estate positions at BHHS Fox & Roach Realtors and Weidel Real Estate, specializing in the residential real estate market in Mercer County and the Greater Princeton area. Susan's expertise encompasses strategic consulting, customized marketing plans, pricing guidance, and negotiations, supported by a background in account and production management in the fashion industry and active involvement in community initiatives through the Stony Brook Elementary School PTO. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Rutgers University.
