Carter Bair

Carter Bair currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at HopeWest, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Carter was CFO at Hilltop Health Services Corporation from January 2002 to January 2025, where responsibilities included managing a $30 million budget and overseeing 600+ employees across 26 health service programs. Carter successfully negotiated a $20 million refinance of tax-exempt bonds to improve cash flow. Additionally, Carter held financial roles at Hilltop Community Resources, Chadwick, Steinkirchner, Davis & Co., and various bookkeeping positions in earlier career stages. Carter earned an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Utah and a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.
