Lynn Shirk

Lynn Shirk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community development and appraisal services. Currently serving as the Community Development Coordinator at Hospice and Palliative Care of Western Colorado since March 2009, Lynn is instrumental in promoting hospice services throughout Delta County through presentations to various community groups. Previously, Lynn co-owned and served as Chief Appraiser at JTL Appraisals from September 1999 to December 2005, focusing on residential appraisal work and business marketing in Archuleta County. Lynn also held the position of Appraiser/Manager at McReynolds Appraisals from September 1984 to September 1999, managing an appraisal office and engaging in networking and marketing efforts across Cochise County. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Marketing/Fashion Merchandising from the University of Arizona, earned between 1977 and 1982.
