Sven Penelle

Sven Penelle currently serves as Directeur des systèmes d'information at hôpital fribourgeois (HFR) since September 2023. Previously, Sven held the position of Architecte ICT at FHVI from June 2022 to September 2023 and was Responsable systèmes d'information at HFR from March 2021 to June 2022. Prior roles include Directeur systèmes d'information at Ensemble Hospitalier de la Côte and various positions at FHVI, including Responsable Urbanisation et Architecture du SI, Project Manager, and Product Manager from February 2012 to December 2018. Sven's career also includes teaching at ceff and working as a Senior EAI Software Engineer at Avintis SA, as well as positions in research and development at Rollomatic SA and Avintis SA. Sven holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Management de la santé from the University of Lausanne, a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Business Management Systems from Haute Ecole ARC gestion, and an engineering degree in Computer Science from Haute Ecole ARC ingénierie.
