Vincent Ribordy

Vincent Ribordy currently serves as Co-président of the Société Suisse de Médecine d'Urgence (SSMUS- SGNOR-SSERM) and as Professeur titulaire clinique at Universität Freiburg. Ribordy has been Médecin-chef de service at hôpital fribourgeois (HFR) – freiburger spital since January 2008, with a previous role as Médecin-chef adjoint in the Service des soins intensifs et continus. Additionally, Ribordy held various positions at CHUV / Centre hospitalier universitaire vaudois from 1999 to 2007, including Médecin adjoint co responsable du secteur préhospitalier. Educational qualifications include a Doctorat de médecine from the University of Geneva and a Diplôme fédéral de médecin from the University of Lausanne, among others. Ribordy’s contributions to the medical field also include leadership roles, such as Président du Collège des médecins in 2021 and Direction médicale ad interim in 2022.
