Richard Dugal

Richard Dugal has extensive experience in security management and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Manager of Security and Parking at Hôpital Montfort since April 2021, Richard previously dedicated over three decades to the Ottawa Police Service, where roles included Patrol Sergeant, Police Officer, and Sergeant overseeing Major Crimes with a focus on homicide investigations, as well as leading the Organized Fraud Section addressing identity theft and credit card fraud. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Management, and Public Policy from the University of Ottawa, obtained from 1983 to 1987.
