Alma Soongi Beck

Alma Soongi Beck is a trusted expert in estate planning, trust, and probate law with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Trusts and Estates Attorney at Hopkins & Carley since May 2022, Alma is certified as a specialist by the State Board of Legal Specialization, focusing on trusts, charitable planning, gift and estate tax planning, as well as post-death administration. Prior to this role, Alma was a partner in the Trusts and Estates Group at Lakin Spears, LLP from July 2015 to April 2022, and previously founded The Beck Law Group. Alma Soongi Beck holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center, a Master of Laws in Taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies with a concentration in Ethnic Studies from Yale University.
