Monique Jewett-Brewster is a Partner and Shareholder at Lathrop GPM, specializing in Commercial Bankruptcy, Financial Institutions, and Creditors' Rights. With extensive experience in advising on commercial and real estate lending, Monique has successfully represented purchasers in Chapter 11 debtor transactions. Monique is actively involved with the Business Law Section of the California Lawyers Association, serving in various leadership roles including Co-Chair of the Diversity Outreach Committee. Previous experiences include positions at Bryan Cave LLP and MacConaghy & Barnier, PLC, with a strong focus on bankruptcy law and creditors' rights. Monique earned a JD from USC Gould School of Law and a BA in Politics from the University of San Francisco.
