Rafał Jaros has extensive experience in academia and consulting, currently serving as an Assistant at Uniwersytet Łódzki since September 2007 and as a Manager at 7m consulting since the same month and year. Previously, Rafał worked as an Advisor at ARKANA.PL from December 2004 to August 2007. Rafał holds a master's degree in Psychology from the University of Lodz and completed education at XV LO.
