Michael Raffler has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Michael started their career as an Auszubildender Industriekaufmann at Hüttemann Holz GmbH & Co. KG in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Michael then joined Möller Profilsysteme GmbH & Co. KG as a Project Manager in 2008 and again in 2010, where they managed various projects. In 2012, they worked as a Marketing Manager Academy at TRILUX for a few months before transitioning to the role of Online-Marketing Manager until 2014. In 2014, they joined HOPPECKE Batterien GmbH & Co. KG as a Marketing Manager and later took on roles as a Product Manager Service, Product Marketing Manager, and eventually became the Head of Product Marketing in 2018, where they currently work.

Michael Raffler has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from the University of Cologne, which they completed between the years 2008 and 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Marketing at Fachhochschule Südwestfalen from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Michael has obtained certifications as an Inbound Marketing Manager (IHK) from IHK-Akademie in Ostbayern GmbH in August 2022 and as an Online Marketing Manager (IHK) from IHK Bildungsinstitut Hellweg-Sauerland in February 2019.
