Xiaofeng Wen

Xiaofeng Wen has extensive experience in various managerial roles related to operations and quality assurance. Xiaofeng started working at Wuhan Intepower in 1999 as a Quality and Environmental Manager. In 2005, Xiaofeng joined Moriruko automobile part as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager. From 2006 to 2017, Xiaofeng worked at HOPPECKE Battery Systems as a Quality Manager and then later as the Director of Operations. In these roles, Xiaofeng was responsible for managing production systems, ensuring product quality and delivery, overseeing testing and audits, and handling supplier evaluations.

Xiaofeng Wen pursued higher education at Hubei University from 1995 to 1999, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. Later, from 2001 to 2003, Xiaofeng attended Wuhan University, where they earned an equivalent Master's Degree in Electrochemistry.
