Hopscotch is SA’s go-to job and travel platform for Gen Z. We connect people to real work opportunities – from gap years overseas to entry-level roles at home.

Whether they want to earn while they explore or start their careers at home, Hopscotch helps them find what they’re looking for.

We know career paths aren’t always linear. That’s why we’ve built a platform that supports both adventure-seekers and job seekers, offering them a variety of positions that are meaningful and invaluable. Over the last 10 years, we’ve placed over 10k South Africans in seasonal jobs and gap year programmes across the world.

Alongside this, we partner with businesses to place job-ready graduates in their first local roles across sales, client service and operations.

Why companies hire talent through Hopscotch:
- Pre-vetted graduates who are ready to hit the ground running
- Talent shaped by real-world experience, not just qualifications
- Faster, more efficient hiring processes
- Better culture fit and long-term retention

Let us help you find what you’re looking for.
