Alicia Keysor

Alicia Keysor, SPHR, serves as the VP of People & Talent at HopSkipDrive since September 2021 and is a current CHIEF member, contributing to a network that empowers executive women. Previously, Alicia held the position of Human Resources Director at Tessera Data, where significant efforts were made to unify multiple entities into a cohesive culture. Alicia's extensive experience includes serving as Head of HR and Corporate HR Manager at VOLCOM, advising the global CEO, and managing comprehensive HR functions for over 800 employees. Additionally, Alicia has worked as an HR Generalist at GOOD Worldwide, LLC, and Opportunity Green, along with earlier experience at Advanced Cardiac Specialists. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from The University of Kansas.
