Ashley S is a seasoned government relations professional currently serving as the Government Relations Manager for the Western U.S. at HopSkipDrive since June 2024. Prior to this, Ashley held the position of Executive Director of Washington & the Northwest at TechNet from February 2022 to March 2024, where multi-state lobbying and coalition strategies were directed for a trade association representing leading technology companies. Ashley founded and operated Agile Public Affairs from August 2019 to February 2022, achieving legislative victories for clients. Additionally, Ashley contributed as a Committee Member for the Health Equity Technical Advisory Committee at the Washington Health Benefit Exchange and served as Vice Chair of Community Relations for the Graduate Student Council at Seattle University. Previous experience includes a role as a Policy Associate at the Economic Opportunity Institute and population health management at UnitedHealth Group. Ashley holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Seattle University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Washington.
