Carolyn Yashari Becher is a versatile leader with extensive experience in startup ventures, legal counsel, and policy development. Currently serving as an Advisor and Interim Executive Director at LOFT: Leaders on the Fast Track, Carolyn co-founded HopSkipDrive, a groundbreaking youth transportation service, where significant contributions included negotiating a pivotal contract with Los Angeles County and developing operational strategies. Carolyn co-founded and led Clean30 and Pearline Health, innovative companies centered on dental care solutions, and served as a Limited Partner at The Fund and Mentor at Techstars. With a strong legal background, Carolyn has advised various organizations during periods of growth and transformation, drawing on over 20 years of legal experience, complemented by academic credentials from UCLA School of Law and UC Berkeley.
