Property Development segment is mainly engaged in the development of residential properties in China. Its development properties include Hopson Regal Rivera in Beijing, Hopson Town in Shanghai, Hopson International Garden in Kunshan, Hopson Regal Seashore in Dalian and Hopson Gallopade Park in Guangzhou, among others. Property Investment segment is mainly engaged in the investment in commercial properties, offices and car parks. Hotel Operations segment is engaged in the operation of hotels. Its hotels include Beijing Plaza Royale Hotel and Hyatt Regency Jingjin City. Property Management segment is engaged in the management of properties. The Company mainly operates in Southern China, Northern China and Eastern China.
