Thatcher Woodley serves as the Director of Aquatics at Horace Mann School in Bronx, NY, since July 2018, overseeing all aspects of the school's aquatics program. Prior experience includes roles as Head of the Physical Education Department and Head Varsity Swim Coach at Poly Prep Country Day School from June 2008 to July 2018, and Assistant Swim Coach at Amherst College for the 2007-2008 season. Additionally, Thatcher worked as a Counselor at Springfield College and as an Assistant Swim Coach with the Arizona Desert Fox Swim Team. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Athletic Counseling from Springfield College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Union College.
