Penny Pennell

Penny Pennell, M.A., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, LSSGB, is an accomplished project manager at Horace Mann since August 2010, recognized as one of the company's Emerging Leaders in 2019. Penny has successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously, achieving operational efficiency gains and enhancing stakeholder communication through detailed risk assessments and comprehensive project plans. Prior to this role, Penny served as a Senior Project Analyst, where effective budget management led to significant cost reductions and improved accuracy.
