Phil Wipfler

Phil Wipfler has over 28 years of work experience, primarily in the insurance industry. Phil worked at State Farm® for a significant portion of their career, starting in 1992 and holding various operations and leadership positions until 2019. At State Farm®, they served as a Director from 2011 to 2019 and as an Underwriting Section Manager from 2008 to 2011. In 2019, Phil joined Horace Mann as the VP P&C Compliance, and later transitioned to the role of VP Underwriting and Compliance in 2021.

Phil Wipfler earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1990. In addition, they obtained certifications including CLU in 1994, ChFC in 1993, and CPCU from the CPCU Society in 1993.
