Sean Davis

Sean Davis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sean currently serves as the Director of Life New Business Operations at Horace Mann. Prior to this, they worked at Century 21 Judge Fite as the Director of Operations, where they managed multiple locations and departments such as IT, Systems and Administration, Facilities, and Human Resources. Sean also served as an IT Manager at Century 21 Judge Fite, overseeing IT operations and implementing a highly successful helpdesk system. Before that, they held the position of IT Coordinator at CENTURY 21 Affiliated, where they maintained IT operations for multiple locations and conducted IT educational webinars for real estate agents. Sean has also founded and directed Gigahertz PC Services and Design, a successful regional IT corporation, and instructed IT Essentials program at Lowell High School. Sean has also contributed as a Director at Lowell Chamber of Commerce, representing and promoting the local business economy.

Sean Davis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with an Entrepreneurship Option from Purdue University Northwest from 2004 to 2009. In 2012, they also obtained a certification as a Workplace Specialist I from the Indiana Department of Education.
