Thomas McAllister has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Thomas started their career at Patterson Dental, where they served as a Product Manager, Application Developer, Order Fulfillment Manager, and Technical Writer. Thomas then worked at ioMetrics, Inc. as a Sales and Marketing Manager before joining LRS as a Web Developer and Technical Writer. Thomas also worked at State of Illinois as a Web Application Developer and at Siteworthy, Inc. as the President, where they developed a network of online community websites. At LRS, they held multiple roles including Project Manager, Business Analyst, Web Application Specialist, Sales Coordinator, and Sales Manager. Currently, Thomas is the Director of Digital Media at Horace Mann, where they oversee the digital content strategy, manages a team, and coordinates efforts to maximize business opportunities. Throughout their career, Thomas has demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, sales, project management, and web development.
Thomas McAllister has a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Eastern Illinois University. Thomas also attended Jacksonville High School. In addition to their formal education, Thomas has obtained several certifications, including the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google. Thomas has also completed multiple digital marketing and analytics courses through Coursera Course Certificates and has a Certificate of Completion in Fundamentals of Sales Management from the American Management Association.
