Corinne ROUSSEAU has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Corinne started their career as a Stagiaire Chargée de recrutement at AGH Consulting in 2011. Corinne then worked in GibMédia as a Chargée de recrutement, where they were responsible for writing and updating job postings, sourcing candidates on platforms like Viadeo and LinkedIn, and maintaining partnerships with external partners.
In SFEIR, Corinne worked as a Talents Manager & Careers, where they conducted recruitment for the headquarters in Paris and the subsidiary in Strasbourg. Corinne managed job postings on various job boards, sourced senior and expert profiles, conducted phone screenings and in-person interviews, and used LinkedIn and Viadeo for direct approaches. Corinne also developed partnerships with schools and participated in Meetups.
At HumanCraft, they worked as a Talents Acquisition Manager, collaborating with the President to establish recruitment strategies. Corinne managed end-to-end recruitment processes, provided support to the President in recruitment matters, and handled HR tasks such as onboarding and contract drafting.
Corinne then joined Wynd as Head of Recruitment, leading a team of 2 members. Corinne developed recruitment strategies, provided recruitment advice to the management, managed budgets and external partners, and conducted end-to-end recruitment for IT and Sales positions. Corinne also contributed to external communication activities.
In their most recent role at Climb, Corinne served as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Corinne'sresponsibilities included developing recruitment strategies in collaboration with co-founders, managing budgets, recruiting for IT, Sales, and Support positions, creating onboarding programs, coaching managers, managing external partners, establishing partnerships with schools, implementing training programs, and working on various HR projects.
Currently, Corinne holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Horace, where they continue to utilize their expertise and experience in talent acquisition.
Corinne Rousseau completed their Master's degree in Psychology of Work and Ergonomics from the University of Paris Nanterre in 2012. Corinne continued their education at the University of Tours, where they obtained a Master 2 degree in Psychology of Work and Organizations in 2013.
