Erica Zoren

Erica Zoren, an Associate Principal at Hord Coplan Macht, has nearly 20 years of professional experience. A senior housing specialist, she has been involved with a number of senior housing, multi-family, active adult, and assisted living community projects, including the award-winning West End and Woodmont projects. Erica’s strengths lie in her ability to successfully incorporate sustainable practices within her projects, while maintaining and exceeding her clients’ design and budget expectations. Her focus is on developing unique solutions for senior living in urban areas and difficult sites.
