Ryan Kautz

Ryan has over 20 years of experience and has worked on a wide range of project types, with a focus on mixed use, multifamily and student housing development. Ryan is a senior designer in the Housing/Mixed-Use Studio and where his work has included mid-rise and high-rise mixed-use buildings, including apartments, offices, retail space, and structured parking. He also has experience designing student housing, education, and large-scale urban planning projects.
