Sean Kefferstan

Sean Kefferstan is a project manager in the Housing + Mixed-use Sector at Hord Coplan Macht. He has over 16 years of professional experience with a strong focus on multi-family housing and mixed-use developments. He has a depth of understanding from concept studies through construction completion. He has extensive knowledge of multiple construction types including concrete framed high-rise, hybrid mid-rise, podium design, and wrapper design and leads HCM’s Project Delivery Action Team.

Sean thrives on digging into the history of the site and delivering a design that blends seamlessly into the context. Some of his most successful projects include: The Elms at Fells Point, Remington Row, and Crosswinds at Annapolis Towne Centre.
