Currently, Schollen serves as the Gresilva importer and Culinair Adviseur at Horeca Innovatie Groep and operates Eloma Nederland, focusing on providing comprehensive services to businesses. Schollen is also an innovator at Horeca Innovatie Groep bv and represents Josper charcoal ovens in the Netherlands, showcasing a blend of grilling and oven technology for the HoReCa sector. Additionally, Schollen owns The Perfect Fry Netherlands, specializing in innovative frying solutions. Prior to these roles, Schollen worked as a Culinair Adviseur and Turbo Chef specialist and was an entrepreneur managing partnerships with top chefs.
