Lisa Rowles

Lisa Rowles is a seasoned professional in human resources and people engagement with extensive experience at HORIBA, currently serving as the Global HR Strategy Leader since April 2024. Rowles has played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategy and culture across 50 companies and 29 countries. Previously, Rowles was Vice President of People & Engagement within the Energy & Environment Board at HORIBA and has held various leadership positions, including Global People Director at HORIBA MIRA. Additionally, Rowles is a founding board member of the MIRA Technology Institute, contributing to high-tech skills development in the automotive sector. As the owner of The Garden Roastery, a specialty coffee roastery, Rowles also engages in entrepreneurship. Rowles has chaired the HR Special Interest Group for AIRTO and has held several HR-related roles throughout a distinguished career, supported by a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Birmingham City University.
