Mariana Mann has extensive work experience in various roles related to manufacturing, operations management, and quality coordination. Mariana currently holds the position of Senior Director, Manufacturing and Operations Management (OEM Division) at HORIBA, a role they began in April 2022. Prior to this, they served as Director, OEM Manufacturing and Operational Excellence from February 2021 to June 2022. Mariana previously held positions within HORIBA as Director Operational Excellence from April 2017 to January 2021, Operations Manager from April 2011 to March 2017, Operations Planner from March 2007 to April 2011, and Quality Coordinator from February 2006 to March 2007.
Before joining HORIBA, Mariana worked at HFI. as a Quality System Coordinator from November 2004 to February 2006. Mariana also served as the Quality System Manager at Eticos Paraguay from June 2001 to July 2003.
Mariana Mann earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University in 2003-2004. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Universidad Nacional de Asuncion, where they received a degree in Industrial Engineering from 1993 to 2001.
