Sam Eccles

Sam Eccles is a seasoned professional in passive safety engineering with substantial experience in the automotive sector. Currently serving as the Senior Technical Sales Lead at HORIBA MIRA since February 2024, Sam previously held various roles at UTAC from September 2011 to February 2024, culminating in the position of Manager for UK Passive Safety Engineering. Prior positions included Senior Engineer and Engineer in Safety Systems, focusing on crash and safety systems laboratories. Sam's educational background includes an HND and HNC in Mechanical Engineering from Bedford College, along with completing a mechanical engineering apprenticeship.
