Steve Whelan

Steve Whelan is a seasoned professional in engineering and management with extensive experience in the automotive and power systems industries. Currently serving as the Global Application Centre Leader and Programme Director at HORIBA MIRA since April 2019, Steve manages global applications and programs for the HORIBA Group. Previously, as Managing Director at E2zero Ltd, Steve focused on technical and strategic consulting for low-emission power systems. Steve also held the position of Technical Director at Eminox Ltd, where oversight of technical operations and strategy was a key responsibility. Prior to that, as Global Director at Tata Technologies, Steve managed global Powertrain Systems Engineering delivery and research. Steve holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
