Cindy Bertsche

Cindy Bertsche has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Cindy started their career in 1989 at M & I Marshall & Ilsley Bank, where they worked as a Head Teller and Consumer Loan Underwriter until 1993. Cindy then joined Westbury Bank in 1995 and served as a Branch Manager and Collection Manager for 15 years. In 2010, Cindy joined Horicon Bank as a Vice President, taking on roles such as Collection Officer, Consumer Credit Card Program Manager, and Collections Officer. Cindy has extensive knowledge in customer service and collections, and is skilled in communication and goal achievement.
