Jennifer Krug

Jennifer Krug has extensive experience in the banking industry, spanning from 1997 to the present. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Loan Processor at Horicon Bank since January 2005, Jennifer is responsible for preparing commercial and agricultural loan documentation, maintaining customer loan files, and assisting with loan transactions and inquiries. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as an Operations Assistant at Horicon Bank, where responsibilities included assisting customers with Internet Banking services and balancing daily teller cash. From March 1999 to November 2004, Jennifer held the position of CSR Supervisor at North Shore Bank, overseeing front-end operations and customer service representatives while servicing customers and opening new accounts. Earlier in the career at Bank Mutual as a CSR, Jennifer provided account transaction services and opened new accounts. Jennifer completed high school education in West Allis, WI, earning a diploma in June 1986.
