Joy Thornhill

Joy Thornhill is currently the HR Director and Organizational Strategist at Horizon Actuarial Services. Joy has extensive experience in HR, organizational development, and talent management. Joy has previously held positions at Towers Watson, the United States Department of Treasury, and various other companies in leadership roles. Joy holds a Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern California and has completed post-graduate studies in Organizational and Leadership Development from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
