Julie Clark, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the banking and accounting sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Financial Officer at Horizon Bank since August 2019, Julie previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Resource Bank from October 2009 to February 2019, where responsibilities included managing the assets and liabilities of a $500 million community bank. Julie's career also includes roles as Controller at Lonesome Development, LLC, and Henning Contractors, Inc., where oversight of financial operations, financial statement preparation, and cash management were key responsibilities. Early in Julie's career, experience was gained as an Accountant at CNG Producing Company and as a Staff Accountant at PwC. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of New Orleans.
