Cindy McCarty is currently working as a Mental Health Case Manager at Horizon Behavioral Health since May 2021. Cindy has a Bachelor's degree in Family and Child Development from Liberty University and an Associate of Science in Administrative and Support Technology from Central Virginia Community College. Their experience spans over a decade in the mental health industry.
