Katie Gilligan is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in mental health and customer service. Currently serving as a Clinical Case Manager at Horizon Behavioral Health since September 2021, Katie previously worked as a Community Based Counselor II at National Counseling Group from June 2019 to September 2021. Prior experience includes an Admissions Counselor role at Liberty University from May 2014 to May 2019 and a Client Specialist position at J.Crew from August 2012 to May 2014. Katie started in the field by mentoring youth as a Summer Camp Counselor and Intern at Camp Lurecrest Ministries from June 2011 to August 2012. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology: Human Services from Liberty University, completed in 2011.
