Liliia Shydlovska is a skilled professional with extensive experience in compliance, brand development, and sustainability initiatives. Currently serving as a Compliance & ESG Analyst at Horizon Capital since December 2023, Liliia also leads the NGO "Confashion school" as the Head since September 2021. Liliia previously held the position of CEO at Perri Sleep, where a lifestyle brand was transformed into a sustainable entity focused on charity and support for vulnerable groups. As Brand Development Director at Blood & Honey, Liliia established key international partnerships and promoted the brand at major fashion events. Earlier roles include working as a Stylist and Creative Director at Balistarz and serving as the Press Public Relations Manager at KSENIA SCHNAIDER. Liliia holds a Master's degree in Sustainability Entrepreneurship and Technology from Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Art Criticism from the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, Kyiv.
