Mark Martinez

Mark Martinez is the EVP & Chief Credit Officer at Horizon Community Bank. Mark has over 25 years of experience in the banking and commercial credit industry. Mark has held previous positions as an independent banking consultant, regional president, and chief lending officer. Mark was instrumental in growing Solera National Bank to $140 million in assets in just over three years. Mark is a founding member of Solera National Bancorp and was involved in raising $25.6 million in initial capital.

Mark Martinez completed a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Regis University. Prior to attending Regis University, Martinez completed a College Preparatory Diploma at Regis Jesuit High School.
